...fats like those from coconut, nuts and seeds and avacados etc because those also contain lots of nutrients to increase your health so you get two in one. Make sure you eat sufficient carbs but make whole grains and fruit your main sources so you're not putting stress on your body due to consuming too much refined sugar. Then do stomach excercises a la Ashley. That way you will not loose weight but you will be glowing with health! :-)Hmmmm I should really take my own advice more LOL ;-P)

Wellll whilst I am not the most qualified to answer this question having not gone through MTF transition myself this is what seems logical to me due to my knowledge of female physiology.1) Transitioning is like a 2nd puberty really, girls cannot go through puberty properly until they have sufficient body fat and you must remember that a significant amount of feminine shape is merely fat deposits.2) I would advocate a balenced diet which is not low on either fats or carbs, load up on good...

That could work, maybe it has to do with the GI or the carbs? Sounds pretty healthy anyway :)

Sounds like a good one. Thanks Ashley :)

Well my plan is that I eat normally or eat richer high fat (but healthy) foods and work out more. Making sure I do excersises that will prevent the fat from accumulating on my tummy and encouraging it to my hips, butt and breasts. This way I just redistribute weight in the right areas.

Yes some excersizes can do that I think. And thank you Anna.

I sort of follow that diet and I walk and ride my bike a lot. I used to do some low weight, high repetition weight training, but I've stopped that. I want to lose the male-patterned muscle mass I have now. Great topic Jasmine! |
