but your tip is still clueless take out sugar and drinks and that will be as easy as that ?? and then to recommend a movie or video to prove your point??no, it is all about life style. Changes. I became vegetarian 3 years ago and got down up to 210lbs. Right now, I am at 220lbs. Due to not being to work out and exercise. It is all about following good eating habits and having some form of an active life style. Videos do not help. Life style changes do
